I was very happy with the quality of the book and it matched exactly the way the write-up said it would be. I am in college, and needed this book because I prefer the book rather than an online book. I hate to have to read on the computer screen. I have no way to highlight my main points. I am of the old school and like the feel of the book for learning. I do have a kindle and it has its place. I just would rather have a book for learning so I can go back and see what I have singled out from the book for study.
Thanks so much for the fast delivery. I ordered late and got the book just before the start of the class.

Just What I Needed for Class

My book came just before the semester started. I searched it using the ISBN#, found it without a problem! Triple-checked it with the WCTC campus bookstore to make sure it was the right book, it was right on. My instructor said this book is brand new-just written in time for the fall 09 school semester, written by a WCTC instructor.
I was very happy to buy it here cheaper than the school bookstore was selling it for. Although, now 8 weeks into the semester, I see Amazon's price is even lower now than when I bought it!!! But that's the way it goes!
Book seems to be laid out well, easy to follow and understand.

For my class - Professional Development

I only bought this book for my professional development class, however, now that the class is over, I am going to keep it because it has a lot of good material for communicating in the workplace. The title does say it all. This textbook so far will be the only one I have kept since starting college. By the way I am a sophmore in college so that tells you I have been through a few classes so far.
